How long does it take to get Zambroza®?
Nature's Sunshine ships Zambroza® out of their Brampton, Ontario warehouse via Purolator. Across Canada, most people get their Zambroza® within 48 hours.

How much do I take?
Take 15 mL (one half ounce, 1 tablespoon) once or twice daily.
Personally we recommend taking Zambroza® first thing in the morning to "kick-start" your
day; then again 2 hours after lunch to keep the pace going.
We also recommend taking it after exposure to cigarrete smoke or other toxic environments.
Eating "junk food" - take a tablespoon to combat the free radicals.
